Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Please let us know in advance if your cleaning plans change.

At least 12 hours’ notice

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time.

Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
