The same visit length does not necessarily cover the same number of rooms in every home: furniture, belongings, bathroom condition and pet hair all affect the work. Choose two or three priorities, clear small items from the surfaces you want cleaned, and explain how the team can enter. What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
