FAQ
Service questions
Do you clean both fitted carpets and loose rugs?
We offer carpet and rug cleaning for homes, offices and commercial spaces. Send photos and dimensions so we can confirm whether the item or area is suitable and how the service will be arranged.
Is carpet washing included in regular home or office cleaning?
Specialist carpet and rug cleaning is quoted separately from routine general cleaning. Mention it specifically when enquiring; regular vacuuming is not the same service.
How long does drying take, and can all stains be removed?
Ask for a drying estimate when the material and cleaning method have been assessed. Allow the carpet or rug to dry fully before normal use. Complete stain or odour removal is not guaranteed.
How much should I budget for this service?
