Identify the zones before estimating the job
A factory office, changing room or staff washroom is different from a live production area. Mark the general zones requested and explain the type of dust or residue present. The indicative rate covers agreed general premises only. Production lines, machinery, process residues and high-level work cannot be priced reliably as ordinary housekeeping.
Site access and operating conditions
Provide the induction requirements, escort rules and allowed work windows. Discuss any shutdown or equipment-isolation needs with the site’s responsible personnel. Hazardous materials, industrial waste and specialist machinery work require separate capability checks and a written scope. Photos and a floor plan can support an initial enquiry, but some sites need an assessment before a quotation.

How much should I budget for this service?

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
