Book after dusty building work is finished
Cleaning while sanding, drilling or painting continues can mean the same surfaces become dusty again. Arrange the visit after contractors finish dusty work and remove bulky debris. Send overall room photographs and close-ups of remaining paint, adhesive or cement marks. List the floor and wall finishes so the scope can be assessed without assuming that scraping or machine treatment is safe for every surface.
What a handover-ready scope needs
Include cupboards, window tracks, skirting and reachable surfaces that need attention in your request. Confirm access to water, electricity and the service lift. Rubbish hauling, high external glass, repairs and specialist residue removal are separate decisions. The quoted area should describe the actual floors and zones involved; a property listing size alone may not describe all the work.

When should post-renovation cleaning be booked?
After dusty trade work is complete and the contractor has handed over the areas for cleaning.
Do you remove construction waste or paint marks?
Bulky waste, paint, cement and adhesive removal are not assumed. Share photos or arrange a site review so these tasks can be assessed separately.
Can you clean before all renovation work is finished?
The site must be safe and ready for handover. Ongoing work can create new dust and may require a revised schedule.
What information helps you quote post-renovation cleaning?
Send the postcode, approximate floor area, clear photos, handover status and a list of areas or marks you want assessed.
Will the site be dust-free after one visit?
We cannot promise that no dust will return, especially if nearby work continues or the property is still being fitted out. The visit covers the agreed areas and tasks.
How much should I budget for this service?
The proposed starting budget is RM330 for Up to 800 sq ft. These preview prices still need owner confirmation. See the price table for the scope, time or item size; your final quotation must confirm any extras before booking.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
