An RM70 armchair alone is budgeted at the proposed RM150 visit minimum, before any confirmed extras.
Parking, transport & SST are currently included in the cleaning fee. The RM50 tool add-on does not apply to Upholstery, car seat, carpet/rug, curtain or Deep Cleaning. Specialist equipment is arranged with the service scope.Spray extraction and steam are available. The method depends on the care label, material and condition. Ask for an estimated drying time after assessment, and use the item only when fully dry. Stain removal and a fixed drying time are not guaranteed.

Item-by-item cleaning for suitable fabric sofas, mattresses, upholstered chairs and workplace seating.
Top Clean offers spray-extraction and steam cleaning. We select the suitable approach after checking the fabric, manufacturer care instructions and condition. Both methods are not automatically applied to every item.
Cleaning solution is applied and recovered with loosened soil using extraction equipment. Suitability, moisture control and drying need to be considered for the fabric and filling.
Steam is an available option for appropriate materials and tasks after assessment. Heat-sensitive fabric requires particular care; steam is not a blanket promise of sterilisation or complete stain removal.
Send one full photo per item, stain close-ups and any manufacturer care label. Mention previous treatments and delicate finishes.
Confirm material suitability, surfaces, stain priorities, access and the itemised quotation.
Review the condition and care instructions. A small inconspicuous-area test helps decide whether the proposed method is suitable.
Agree ventilation and aftercare with the team. Check that the item is fully dry before putting it back into use.
Tell us what caused it, how old it is and what has already been applied. Cleaning may improve removable soiling, but permanent dye transfer, fading, wear or damage can remain. Urine and odours that have reached the inner filling need assessment; surface cleaning alone may not resolve them.
Share the manufacturer label for velvet, wool blends, viscose, delicate weaves or unknown fabrics. Leather, suede, damaged upholstery and colour-unstable fabric are not assumed to be included in fabric cleaning. When suitability is unclear, the method or the service may need to change.
Drying varies with the method, fabric, filling, ventilation and room conditions. Keep the area ventilated where safe, leave cushions as advised and avoid replacing covers or sheets while damp. Ask about the likely drying window for your item before confirming the visit; a fixed same-day drying promise is not offered.

For condos, check visitor registration, lift access and management work hours. For offices, tell us when seating can be taken out of use.

You can request an on-site visit in our listed Kuala Lumpur and Selangor service areas. Share the full address, building rules and furniture photos before booking. Access, equipment needs and the work area must be confirmed.
We offer spray-extraction and steam cleaning. The method is selected after checking the fabric, care label and condition; not every item receives both. Share any manufacturer restrictions before booking.
There is no single drying time for every item. It depends on the cleaning method, material, filling and ventilation. Ask for an estimate after assessment, and wait until the item is fully dry before using it or replacing covers and bedding.
Complete removal cannot be promised. Tell us the cause, age and any earlier treatment. Permanent discolouration or damage may remain, and odours inside the filling may require a different approach from surface cleaning.
Send the care label and clear photos first. These materials need individual suitability checks. Leather, suede and delicate or unstable fabrics are not automatically included in standard fabric-cleaning prices.
Yes, you can enquire about suitable upholstered workplace seating. Share the quantity, material, photos and available work hours. Chairs and larger commercial seating jobs are quoted separately after assessment.
You can request both for the same visit. Upholstery is quoted separately by item and is not included in routine cleaning time. A combined visit depends on crew, equipment and appointment availability; it does not create a package discount.
No medical outcome or complete dust-mite removal is guaranteed. This is a furniture-cleaning service, not treatment for allergies or a promise of sterilisation.
The proposed starting budget is RM70 for Fabric armchair / 1-seat sofa. These preview prices still need owner confirmation. See the price table for the scope, time or item size; your final quotation must confirm any extras before booking. Proposed minimum visit RM150.
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
