A deeper clean starts with the condition
Deep cleaning is useful when routine visits are not enough for accumulated dirt or neglected areas. Share close-ups of bathroom build-up, greasy kitchen surfaces and dusty edges, alongside wider room photos. Mention delicate stone, timber or coated finishes. A detailed clean should prioritise the surfaces that need it; not every item needs the same method, and permanent wear is not the same as removable dirt.
Preparing an occupied home
Put away valuables and loose belongings so surfaces can be reached. Identify furniture that cannot be moved and any areas you want left alone. Confirm whether cabinet interiors, reachable windows or appliance interiors are in the quote. Heavy renovation residue belongs under post-renovation cleaning; sofas and mattresses need a separate upholstery assessment. Water, electricity and building access should be arranged before the visit.

Can deep cleaning be booked for an office or shop?
Yes. Share the premises type, areas, access window and any operating-hour limits so the scope can be assessed.
How much should I budget for this service?

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
