Service questions
Does the seat price cover the whole car interior?
No. The listed proposal covers fabric seats only. Interior cleaning, including floor carpet, roof lining, dashboard, doors and boot, is not included.
Can I enquire about leather seats?
Yes. Send photos and the vehicle model for material assessment and a separate quotation; fabric-seat prices do not apply to leather.
Can stains and smells always be removed?
Results depend on the material and condition. Complete stain or odour removal is not guaranteed. Drying and reuse guidance will be confirmed after assessment.
How much should I budget for this service?

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
