Plan around keys, movers and handover
For a move-out visit, schedule after movers have cleared belongings where possible. For moving in, aim to clean before unpacking so cupboards and floors are accessible. Share the handover deadline and whether the unit is empty, partly furnished or fully furnished. Keep any landlord or agent checklist available so requested tasks can be included explicitly.
Cleaning is one part of a handover
Existing damage, repainting, rubbish removal and missing fittings are separate from cleaning. Photograph any condition you want discussed before work begins. Cabinet interiors, balconies and appliance interiors should be named in the scope. A clean does not guarantee a landlord will return a deposit; inspection requirements and tenancy matters remain separate.

Can I book before moving in or after moving out?
Yes. Tell us the handover date and whether the property will be empty so we can plan the scope.
Are inside cupboards and appliances included?
They can be added when empty, accessible and included in the quote.
Do you remove unwanted furniture or rubbish?
Furniture moving and rubbish removal are separate from cleaning and must be arranged independently.
Does the property need to be completely empty?
Not always, but empty rooms provide better access. Tell us what will remain so we can confirm which surfaces can be reached.
When should I schedule cleaning in relation to movers?
Where possible, request the visit after the previous occupant has left and before belongings are moved in. Share the handover and access times so the schedule can be checked.
How much should I budget for this service?
The proposed starting budget is RM300 for Up to 800 sq ft. These preview prices still need owner confirmation. See the price table for the scope, time or item size; your final quotation must confirm any extras before booking.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
