Separate general areas from clinical work
Describe reception, waiting rooms, offices and staff amenities separately from treatment rooms. The indicative prices cover ordinary non-clinical housekeeping only. Your facility should specify approved products, restricted areas and procedures. A routine cleaning enquiry must not be taken as confirmation of clinical disinfection, sterilisation or medical-waste handling.
Prepare a facility-specific scope
Nominate a facility contact, identify safe work times and explain access arrangements without sharing patient information. Keep sharps, clinical waste and instruments under the facility’s established handling procedures. Any additional clinical-area request needs a specific capability and procedure review before acceptance.

Do you clean treatment rooms?
Treatment rooms are included only after the clinic confirms its written procedure, permitted tasks, products and access requirements.
Does clinic cleaning include disinfection?
Not by default. Disinfection is included only when the site protocol, approved product and trained staff requirements are agreed.
Can you handle clinical waste?
Clinical waste handling is not part of general cleaning. The clinic must define the authorized process and responsibilities separately.
How much should I budget for this service?
The proposed starting budget is RM120 for 1 cleaner × 4 hrs or 2 cleaners × 2 hrs; reception / general areas. These preview prices still need owner confirmation. See the price table for the scope, time or item size; your final quotation must confirm any extras before booking.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
