Do you offer weekly and every-2-week home cleaning?
Yes. Home general cleaning can be requested weekly or every 2 weeks. The quote is based on the home and agreed scope, not a promotional bundle.
Do you clean business premises as well as homes?
Yes. Services include offices and commercial premises, clinics, food premises and factories. Each site receives a scope based on its areas, access and operating requirements.
Do you offer deep cleaning, post-renovation, move-in/out and upholstery cleaning?
Yes. These services are available alongside regular cleaning. The quote depends on the site condition, requested tasks and, for upholstery, the material and care instructions.
Do you advertise fixed package prices?
No package promotions are planned. We provide a clear quote for the requested visit or site scope before confirming the booking.
Do you provide disinfection or specialist industrial cleaning?
Only when the site requirements, procedures, products and staff capability have been confirmed. General cleaning does not automatically include disinfection, clinical waste handling or hazardous-material work.
How much should I budget for this service?
The proposed starting budget is RM65 for 1 cleaner × 2 hrs or 2 cleaners × 1 hr; priority tasks. These preview prices still need owner confirmation. See the price table for the scope, time or item size; your final quotation must confirm any extras before booking.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled cleaning start time. Cancellations made on the scheduled cleaning date incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee.
